ABOUT DRIFTLESS MINISTRIES
Driftless Ministries is a Christian storytelling ministry dedicated to documenting how Jesus Christ is at work through people, churches, ministries, and mission efforts across the Driftless Region.
We believe stories matter. When real people share how God has met them—in faith, suffering, obedience, and perseverance—those stories have the power to encourage, challenge, and point others toward Christ. Much of this work happens quietly, without recognition or attention, yet it is faithful, consistent, and deeply meaningful.
At the heart of Driftless Ministries is a desire to preserve and share these stories with honesty and care. We are not interested in promoting ourselves or creating spectacle. Our goal is to faithfully capture what God is doing through ordinary people and local ministries who are living out their faith day by day
Why Testimonies
Personal testimony is powerful. Many of the stories we share come from individuals who have encountered Christ in the midst of hardship, uncertainty, or transition. Their lives remind us that faith is not theoretical—it is lived. These testimonies give voice to God’s grace at work in real circumstances and real communities.
Why Churches and Ministries
Local churches and ministries are faithfully fulfilling the Great Commission week after week, often with little visibility beyond their immediate communities. Through teaching, service, outreach, discipleship, and prayer, they labor steadily to serve others and proclaim the gospel. Driftless Ministries seeks to honor and highlight this faithfulness by sharing their stories.
Why the Driftless Region
The Driftless Region is home. It is a place defined by unique geography, strong communities, and people who care deeply for one another. Rather than trying to tell every story everywhere, we have chosen to focus on where we live, worship, and serve. By staying rooted locally, we can tell stories with depth, relationship, and authenticity.
Our Hope
By sharing these stories, our hope is that viewers will be encouraged in their own walk of faith and come to recognize their need for a Savior. Every story ultimately points beyond itself—to Jesus Christ, who continues to redeem, restore, and transform lives.
